We invite you to join The North Penn Chamber of Commerce, Montgomery County's leading business organization and largest chamber of commerce. Individuals or businesses who want to become a member may do so by completing the following interactive form and e-mailing it directly to the chamber. Alternatively, the form may be copied and mailed to the chamber's office together with your check or credit card information.

An exclusive benefit for local members, our New Beginnings Contract sets forth our minimum guarantee of what the chamber provides throughout the first twelve months for new members. In order for new members of the North Penn Chamber to feel welcome, we promise the following...

First Month

  • Enrollment in Chamber
  • Letter of Welcome from President -- within 48 hours
  • Invitation to the next Bimonthly "Chamber 101" meeting
    (Morning reception at which Ambassadors explain chamber benefits and programs)
  • Personal invitation to join and participate in committee of choice
  • Eligibility for publication of News Releases in Prospector
  • Chamber Plaque and Membership Directory

Second Month

  • "New Member" Recognition in Prospector (free)
  • Invitation to the next Membership Luncheon at special discount
  • Introduction and acknowledgment at Membership Luncheon
  • "Free" mini-ad in Prospector Marketplace (nominal $15 charge for set up)

Third Month

  • Visit or phone call by Ambassador from Membership Committee
  • Gift of $25.00 in "Chamber Bucks" which can be used on any chamber seminar, workshop, or as a credit toward advertisement rates

Third to Sixth Months

  • Invitation to the next New Members Only "Mini-Mixer" for members who have joined the chamber within the preceding six months (Chamber Board Members and Membership Ambassadors serve as hosts)

Ninth Month

  • Follow-up phone call or visit by Ambassador from Membership Committee

Eleventh Month

  • Investment statement sent out for upcoming year. Includes personal letter and additional $25.00 in "Chamber Bucks" redeemable after renewal
  • A short renewal survey will be enclosed asking for your input and suggestions as to how the chamber has performed in your first year of membership and how we can better serve you in the upcoming year

Twelfth Month

  • Anniversary recognition in Prospector
